We service Sarasota Florida and the surrounding Manatee, Pinellas, and South Hillsborough Counties with our dustless tile removal and demolition services. Our dust-free tile removal process utilizes industrial vacuum systems, which are fitted to the jackhammers and grinders that collect dust particles the second they are produced. This method contains all of the dispersed particles so they never have a chance the get airborne and spread throughout the house.

A typical shop vacuum would produce around 100CFM of suction, which is comparatively not enough to capture all of the dust particles produced while removing flooring and/or tile. Our industrial vacuum systems produce 490 – 735 CFM ( the equivalent of 8 regular box store vacuums) suction right at the source of the particles kicked up from the demolition process.

Dustless Tile Floor Removal Eliminates the Additional Costs of:

  • HVAC Duct Cleaning
  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Dry-cleaning Window Treatments
  • Hiring a Maid Service

Typical Tile Flooring Removal

Woman's hand wiping dust from a tableRemoving tile flooring produces tiny particles of gritty dust that, if left alone, can circulate throughout the house and land on every surface. Using jackhammers and grinders to remove tile flooring produces particles of cement that are lightweight and can travel from room to room as the workers move. What’s worse is that these tiny particles can get sucked into your HVAC system and spread throughout the entirety of your home.

This traditional approach can lead to additional costs, as well as health concerns. In many cases, a cleaning company may be necessary to clean the debris particles scattered throughout your home and duct cleaning may also be required to remove excess dust from your HVAC system.
